Miley Cyrus holds onto a pal’s puppy as she leaves popular diner, Paty’s, in Toluca Lake, Calif., on Friday afternoon (April 2).
The 16-year-old actress wore a cute lace dress as she dined with momager Tish and boyfriend Justin Gaston.
Miley premiered her new movie, Hannah Montana The Movie, last night at El Capitan Theatre. She also covers the new issue of Life magazine.
