Hayden Panettiere steps out in style at the 2009 MTV Movie Awards held at the Gibson Amphitheatre on Sunday evening (May 31) in Universal City, Calif.
The 19-year-old Heroes hottie looked ravishing in an Emanuel Ungaro dress. She completed her red carpet look with Bally “Welton” platform peep toe slingbacks in black satin and Van Cleef and Arpels jewels.
