KayCee Stroh & Noah Cyrus: TCA Party Pals

KayCee Stroh keeps a ticght hold on Noah Cyrus as they attend the 2009 Totally Texty Teen Choice Awards Pre-Party held at Level 3 in Hollywood on Wednesday evening (August 5).

The 25-year-old former HSM pop-n-lock girl also had her hand dipped in wax earlier in the afternoon. Like Tiffany Thornton, her wax model will be auctioned off for charity.
