Keke Palmer: International Emmy Effortless

Keke Palmer steps out in a cute Dolce & Gabbana dress and necklace at the 2009 International Emmy Awards Gala held at the New York Hilton and Towers on Monday evening (November 23).

The 16-year-old starlet will be performing a new song during Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade called “Top of The World.” The Parade will air on Thursday, November 26 @ 9AM ET/PT on NBC.

Keke will also stop by The Wendy Williams Show on Friday, November 27 along with costar pal Justin Bieber.

We HAVE to know who’s coat Keke was wearing in the parade – the purple military style coat with tails – it is just gorgeous. Anyone know where it can be bought or similar style?
