Keke Palmer steps out in a cute Dolce & Gabbana dress and necklace at the 2009 International Emmy Awards Gala held at the New York Hilton and Towers on Monday evening (November 23).
The 16-year-old starlet will be performing a new song during Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade called “Top of The World.” The Parade will air on Thursday, November 26 @ 9AM ET/PT on NBC.
Keke will also stop by The Wendy Williams Show on Friday, November 27 along with costar pal Justin Bieber.
