OlderAshley Greene & Tom Felton: Those Crazy Franchise Fans
After getting her hair did earlier, Ashley Greene shows off her new longer extensions as she cools down with an iced coffee in Santa Monica, Calif., on Saturday afternoon (March 20).
The 23-year-old actress spent a full day at a photo shoot. Ashley recently dished to MTV about comparing notes with The Apparition costar Tom Felton on their huge franchise followings.
Ashley shared, “We’re both not very familiar with each others’ films. I was never a huge Harry Potter watcher and I don’t think he’s watched Twilight, [but] we’re both very aware of the effect that they’ve had and how crazy it is.”
She did admit, though, “We did compare the difference between how big Harry Potter is in the UK versus how big Twilight is in the UK and LA and the difference between those two, because he can actually walk around in LA whereas I can’t, and it’s flipped anywhere in the Europe. I can walk around and nobody cares who I am, but he can’t step out his front door.”

it’s like you see way more photos of Twilight actors in magazines that harry potter like you hardly ever see r-pattz photoed in UK compared to Us
It’s like you hardly ever see harry potter actors in magazines but you see twilight actors all the time London is quieter than LA.. Like u never see r-pattz pictured in UK but all the time in Us
lets be honest…shes right!!! harry potter is so big in the UK, like Twilight is in USA..
just twilight has an advantage, we can see british actors like rob patz,Charlie Bewley and Cameron Bright in the movie,so the brits can be connected with that,like americans with kellant lutz,ashley greene and kristen stewart….but harry potter just has british ppl..this is the BIG diferent between these two….

Harry Potter is big everywhere.
If Twilight was bigger than Harry Potter the gross would show it. All the Harry Potter movies have earned more than all of the Twilight movies individually.
The final Harry Potter movie had a gross of a mega $1,328,111,219 where as Breaking Dawn Part 1 had a gross of $696,948,073.
There hasn’t been a single Harry Potter movie that hasn’t earned more than that showing that it’s more popular with a more diverse audience. Twilight is for teens. Harry Potter is for anyone and has many more themes than Twilight could even dream of.
Don’t get me wrong, I like Twilight, but I could have bashed my head against my keyboard and wrote a better story. In other words, it’s not very imaginative.
