The 17-year-old actress just tweeted some big news. Sel shared, “Kiss & Tell debuted #2 on the charts in Spain!! I cannot thank you all enough for all the love and support you have shown me. Thank You!”

Anyways, love her sense of fashion right now. I think going to Europe really opened her eyes. Sometimes it is a little womanly but most of the time it’s chic and just overall looks great on her.
