Vanessa Hudgens shows off her pearly whites as she and her Sucker Punch cast mates stop by the MySpace and MTV Tower During Comic-Con 2010 in San Diego on Saturday afternoon (July 24).
The 21-year-old actress, wearing Blu Moon’s Heart Shape Sunglasses, was also spotted out on Tuesday picking up a cup of Joe at Starbucks to warm up to the chilly morning weather in West Hollywood.
She excitedly and exclusively told JJJ about heading to rehearsals for RENT this week. She said, “It’s very exciting because I’m so in love with the character Mimi and the songs are just fantastic. I’ve never been to the Hollywood Bowl as well, I’m just excited to get up on that stage again, it’s been like a decade I think… I’m so long overdue.”
Vanessa added on how she think she’ll feel after the run, “I feel like I’m going to come out of it like ‘Hello world, I’m ready to go.’ Honestly, I’m not really worried per se by peoples opinions, I’m just excited to do it for myself.”
FYI: The guy Vanessa‘s walking with is RENT costar Skylar Astin.
She was also wearing a Tusk Boho necklace and Signature Feather earrings from Tiger Lily jewelry.

See that’s why I love Vanessa because she has such a positive, fun, bubbly personality and she’s happy with who she is and dosen’t change for anyone like she said she’s not worried about people’s opinions! I love that she does what she feels passionate about….there’s nothing wishy-washy about this beautiful young woman!! She is going to have the time of her life doing RENT. So happy that NPH thought she’d be perfect for Mimi. So excited for her!!

i cant believe how much support she has from fans after just high school musical. but at the same time, im glad they are open minded to her doing projects completely different from the cheesey musical. i think shes gonna be around a while.

I learnED that errors are fairly harmless ..it’s when we start living our lives entirely around what we think other people are thinking that it can become dangerous. BUT is good respecting other people’s opinions

Love her! I gotta admit, I used to be a huge Zanessa fan but Zac’s interview on Nightline where he said their relationship was “serving him, right now and he’s happy” what is up with that? As a female, I was appalled by the correlation of a relationship and the word “serving”. Sorry, I really had to vent at that one. I hope she moves onto more deserving people and roles for her. She is young and has a lot more experiences of her own to embrace. Sometimes he seems so sweet and others, it just seems like he’s saying what he thinks others want to hear. He’s not a bad person but man that was an awful way to chose words.

I love her outlook in life. This is why she’s still around. She’s strong and doesn’t care about the people who tries to bring her down. And people ask why she’s a good role model. This is why.

Actually I agree with you and im with you on that! He dosne’t seem like a bad person and he is not but sumtimes it just seems as if he dosen’t really care and i be like well Vanessa always say the nicest things and vanessa is so swee then when it comes to him i be like uhh…he could of said something a little better it’s always I’m happy “I’m Lucky” same stuff over and over!!!
Anyways I hope vanessa get’s more projects too she really deserves it! I hope she does the wishing well!!!

@ze and @diamond i love zanessa and everything but i think that i mean did you heard when he said like i’m very happy it sounded very happy and you see you say like yeaah its her time to shine in this forum but when they are doing interviews to him is also his time and besides we ALL know that they hate talking about their relationship and when they are asked about each other they just say a statement that its final but true about their relationship for the interviewer to not ask for more….

I can’t really understand what zac says in the Nightline interview, it’s either that it “serves him” or “that he feels deserving of their relationship”! Whatever he said you can’t just start judging him. He is not used to talking about their relationship in public and we all know that he would rather not talk about it at all. He loves her and has stood by her through a lot in her life!:) Btw she looks cute in that whole outtfit specially the cardigan. Love how she has been smiling in the latest candids and public events. Like zac said they are “very happy” love her smile:)
