Miley Cyrus keeps herself cool in the Los Angeles on Monday afternoon (September 27).
The 17-year-old actress was spotted heading into Chuck’s Vintage Store on Melrose for a little retail therapy.
Miley has lended her star power to City of Hope’s All In Week, which is a weeklong drive to generate awareness and support for the lifesaving mission of City of Hope’s Women’s Cancers Program.

Are you kidding me? She is not gorgeous, her bra is clearly visible through her lace top. If you call that a top. Gorgeous is a term used to describe a classy girl, which Miley is NOT. More like whorish. God, she’s not even 18 yet!

Well the boots don’t go with 113 degree weather so it does not justifiy the see through lace top with black bra. I wish she would wear a real shirt for a change & stop with the bra showing already. It makes her look cheap.

Enough with the see-through shirts. Seriously I better not see kids dressing like her. Also she is far from gorgeous. She’s weird looking just like the rest of her family. I like her, but she’s not gorgeous on a regular day, and her style is trashy. She’s trying too hard to escape from Disney and I can only name disasters that tried the same thing (Lindsay, Britney) ugh please no boobs, cocaine or shaved heads Miley.
