Miley Cyrus shows off a gorgeous necklace as she arrives at the grand opening of Xandros, a new Greek restaurant in Beverly Hills on Thursday night (October 7).
The 17-year-old actress, wearing a Winter Kate Jasmine Velvet Burnout Cardigan, just premiered her new video for “Who Owns My Heart.”
Miley dished to MTV about the song off of her third album, Can’t Be Tamed, “It’s just about freeing yourself from anything you think is holding you back, and I think that’s really important, especially for girls, because so many people are told, ‘No, you can’t do something,’ or, ‘You need to be this because Mom and Dad say that, teachers say this.’”
