OlderRaven Symone: You're Looking At Me For the Wrong Reasons
When Raven Symone stepped out at the 2011 People’s Choice Awards on Wednesday in Los Angeles, everyone took notice about her new figure.
“I thought I looked fabulous before and nobody else did,” the 25-year-old actress admits to People.
Raven continued, “Actually, now I wear bigger clothes because I don’t like the way people stare at me. I liked it before. Now, you’re just looking at me for the wrong reasons. Before, you were actually looking at me for a real reason.”

I love Raven! And she is so right! I used to be big like her and when guys looked at me I thought they must like me and my looks cause they can’t like my body, but now I’m slimmer they just look at my body. She is 100% right on what she’s saying! I love her :)

Raven is a beautiful person, inside and out, no matter how much she weighs! She is one of the best role models for young girls out there! She is an amazing woman with amazing talent!

@Maria: @sara: Agreed to Sara – just because a person chooses to loose weight it doesn’t always mean its because of the vain reasons. If she wasn’t comfortable with her body, she had all the time when she was under the spotlight as Raven Baxter. She 25 or something like that now – people become health conscious and if she wants to live longer that’s a choice she made.

I think Raven is gorgeous any size, it’s her personality that makes her so beautiful, she’s fun and energetic and so bubbly, I love Raven!
Raven your beautiful inside and out whether slim, or thick. People will find any reason to find flaws. I say continue to do you, keep up your positive attitude, pray, and dont worry about the media, anyone who has common sense knows the medias’ goal is to advise the public circle their views and not what is actually presented. Your loyal fan base loves you and respects you as a person, mother, actress, and talented singer.
