Joe Jonas heads back to his car after picking out a few new threads at Allsaints Spitalfields store in West Hollywood on Wednesday afternoon (March 2).
Earlier in the day, the 21-year-old actor was seen out dropping his pup Winston off at the vet’s office for a checkup before heading out to lunch with some pals at Kings Road Cafe.

I love Joe, but I don’t get him lately. When he came back from Africa he vowed to spend as much time as possible helping others. It seems all that he does is shop, eat out and party with Ashley. Nothing wrong with any of that, just seems he is a little off course that’s all. Anyway, he looks good and can’t wait for his album! Hopefully soon!!!
