The 17-year-old actress/singer tweeted the reason she was headed back to the Big Apple: “Taking the Red Eye back to NYC! High Maintenance signing tomorrow in Long Island!!! Thanks to everyone who got a copy today! :)”

Also, be sure to catch Miranda and Reed Alexander in an all-new iCarly on Saturday @ 8PM on Nick!

“iPity the Nevel” — When a video of Nevel yelling at a little girl surfaces on the internet, Nevel becomes hated by everyone. After celebrating Nevel’s demise, the iCarly gang then works to restore his honor after Nevel begs them for help.

    What is her ethnicity? I have never been able to pin it down. Sometimes she looks really pretty, sometimes not – kind of like the Two Face from Seinfeld. Her music is okay but a little too auto tuned, her best song is “Stay My Baby” by far. I don’t really think her music career will take off as her voice is not really that strong and once she leaves Nickelodeon her appeal would drop just like Hillary Duff. And then the next teen queen will come along and be the star of a sitcom and a singer, Melissa Joan Hart probably would have been one too back in the day before this trend started

    @Jeff: Wow! Judgemental much?

    Haven’t you noticed that evrything this girl touches turns to gold? I wouldn’t write her off just yet ;)

    @jeff Really?! out of all of miranda’s song…you pick “stay my baby” okay you have no taste for music. and fyi she went from “school of rock” to icarly so it gonna gets bigger soon.

    I love Miranda, but for her acting. Her songs doesn’t appeal to me at all. Shakespeare is probably the only song of hers that I like.
