Vanessa Hudgens: 'Gimme Shelter' Lead?

Vanessa Hudgens next project may be playing a pregnant homeless teen in the indie drama, Gimme Shelter!

The 22-year-old actress is in final negotiations to star in the flick, opposite The Mummy star Brendan Fraser, who would play her dad.

Vanessa would play the teen “who flees her abusive mother and seeks out her biological father,” according to THR.

FYI: Brendan starred in the first Journey to the Center of the Earth film, while Vanessa can be seen in Journey 2: The Mysterious Island this September!
