Dakota Fanning's Windy Wait

Dakota Fanning waits for a car outside her hotel in New York City on Monday (June 13).

The 17-year-old actress and recent high school grad wore a breezy long floral-print dress and flat boots as she and mom Joy braved the wind.

Dakota‘s little sis, Elle, recently talked to BlackBook Magazine about her great relationship with Dakota.

“We haven’t gotten really competitive with movies yet. I don’t think we ever will,” Elle said.
