Bella Thorne keeps it classy as she arrives at the HTC EVO 3D Launch Party hosted by Radio Shack on Thursday night (June 23) in West Hollywood, Calif.
The 13-year-old Shake It Up star recently chatted with JJJ about Cece’s summer style and what Bella hoped she would wear.
“Cece wears such dark clothing, but I think she’ll lighten it up a bit for the summer. Maybe some shorts for her, that would be cute and wrap up sandals,” Bella told us.
