Justin Bieber waves his arms all about on his balcony from his hotel room in Mexico City on Saturday afternoon (October 1).

The 17-year-old musician sent his love to his fans before heading to a press conference where he accepted plaques for My World (Platinum) and Never Say Never (Gold) at Foro Sol.

He added about the hotel, “this hotel is the best…they surprised me with sand on my patio from cancun and said we wanted to make sure u enjoyed the beaches. #SWAAG”
