Demi Lovato whips her hair as she performs live at The Fox Theatre on Wednesday (November 16) in Detroit, Mich.

The 19-year-old actress and singer tweeted about some of her pre-show needs.

“I NEED CHOCOLATE!!!!!!! And a heating pad… ASAP.” Demi wrote on her Twitter page.
