Jessica Lowndes steps out at the 2011 Charity:Ball benefiting charity:water held at the 69th Regiment Armory on Monday night (December 12) in New York City.
The 23-year-old actress wore a fun, printed Issa dress with Pour La Victoire’s metallic and patent clutch, to the event which aims to bring clean drinking water to people all around the world.
Sounds like Jess is having a blast in NYC.
“Ice skating! Got a giant fear of breaking my ass, breaking my face, burning my tongue on hot cocoa. Can we have a plastic surgeon stand by? Where in NYC can I get an ugly Christmas sweater? I’m feelin’ super festive today,” she tweeted.

I’ve only ever seen her in “Masters of horror” She was a lot prettier then – less Hollywood influence i think.
I cant help but think she’s definitely had some sort of surgery since then.
