Lauren Conrad: 'The Fame Game' Signing in NYC!

Lauren Conrad shows off her latest novel “The Fame Game” during a Q&A and signing at Barnes & Noble Union Square on Tuesday evening (April 3) in New York City.

The 25-year-old author started her press tour earlier this week, stopping by the Wendy Williams Show (She wore a top and heels from LC Lauren Conrad, Reformation shorts and jacket by Paul & Joe) on Monday morning (April 2).

“The most fun for me is being able to tell all the little tricks that people do in the media,” Lauren told EW about the new book. “Mostly, the shameless ones in terms of calling their own photographers and leaking their own stories, the little things that people don’t really know about but everyone in the industry knows.”

She added, “My editor would always go, ‘I don’t know if this seem realistic. Is this something that could actually happen?’ I would say, ‘that did happen. That’s a real story.’”
