Miley Cyrus walks and talks with a pal while out and about on Friday afternoon (July 27) in Philadelphia, Penn.

While in New York City earlier in the week, the 19-year-old actress stopped by Project New York, WWD reports.

Miley hung with pal Natalie Levy and Maxwell Osborne, cofounder of Public School at the Zanerobe and Project official after party at the Soho Grand Hotel.

While at the party, Miley hinted that fiance Liam Hemsworth was “interested in starting a men’s wear line of his own and discussed the ins and outs of the business with fellow revelers.”
