Leighton Meester: 'Gossip Girl' is Ending 'At a Beautiful, Perfect Time'

Leighton Meester wears a gorgeous blue gown while on the set of Gossip Girl in Central Park, New York City on Thursday evening (October 11).

The 26-year-old actress shared some scenes with Blake Lively, who bundled up in a coat and rocked some sparkly heels.

“I think it’s ending at a beautiful, perfect time,” Leighton shared with Vulture about the series ending.

She added, “It’s been an amazing tool to learn from, and I owe pretty much everything – even this film [The Oranges] – to Gossip Girl. But I could say, somewhat, [that] it’s my personal growth that has made me want to move beyond it.”
