Hayden Panettiere kicks up her heel as she arrives at the 2012 CMA Awards held at the Bridgestone Arena on Thursday night (November 1) in Nashville, Tenn.
The 23-year-old actress, who stars on ABC’s Nashville, wore a cute mint Georges Chakra Couture mini dress, Giuseppe Zanotti heels and a L’Dezen Jewellery bracelet for the award show.

Along with co-star Connie Britton and Kimberly Williams-Paisley, Hayden hit the stage to present Miranda Lambert with the Female Vocalist of the Year award.
