Liam Hemsworth sneaks out of his car and into the back entrance of a gym on Friday afternoon (August 16) in West Hollywood, Calif.

The 23-year-old actor was spotted out the night before at Chateau Marmont after having dinner with some friends.

Also last night (August 15), Stephanie Leigh Schlund was spotted at the WWE & E! Entertainment’s ‘SuperStars For Hope’ Event held at the Beverly Hills Hotel in Beverly Hills, Calif.
