Noah Cyrus enjoys a sunny day in the water with her family at the beach on Friday afternoon (March 21) in Miami, Fla.
The 14-year-old actress was joined at the beach by her mom Tish and her older sister Brandi, who brought along boyfriend Zach Hall.
