Willow Shields & Mark Ballas Perform Near Perfect Contemporary Piece on 'DWTS'

Willow Shields throws up the Mockingjay sign while standing above her pro partner Mark Ballas during Dancing With the Stars on Monday night (April 6) in Hollywood.

The duo brought out their best Contemporary piece and received a score of 39 points out of 40 from the judges!
