Demi Lovato Earns Her Blue Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

Demi Lovato is super passionate about staying active and strong and honoring her body — and she just reached a major milestone!

The 25-year-old “Sorry Not Sorry” singer took to Instagram yesterday (August 28) to celebrate earning her blue belt in Brazilian jiu jitsu with a stunning make-up-free selfie.

“I’m so beyond excited because I just received my blue belt in #brazilianjiujitsu!!!!” she wrote. “I fell in love with #BJJ over a year ago and have been training several times a week ever since.”

She then goes on to thank a number of her trainers for supporting her and encouraging her throughout her journey.
