OlderSarah Hyland Set To Perform at Teen Choice Awards 2019!
The list of performers was just released for the 2019 Teen Choice Awards and Sarah Hyland is on it!
The 28-year-old actress and singer will be teaming up with Jordan McGraw to perform at the upcoming award show and singing their new track, “Met At a Party”.
“You guys said you wanted music from me! Sooooo LETS GOOOOIO,” Sarah excitedly shared with her Twitter followers.
