Debby Ryan cuddles close to puppy Presley on the pink carpet premiere of 16 Wishes held at the Harmony Gold Theater on Tuesday evening (June 22) in Los Angeles.
16 Wishes follows Abby Jensen (Ryan), a teenager who can’t wait to grow up, and when she is handed the chance to make all her wishes come true, quickly learns the importance of being careful what you wish for.
The flick, also starring Jean-Luc Bilodeau, Anna Mae Routledge and Karissa Tynes, debuts on Disney Channel THIS Friday, June 25 @ 8PM ET/PT.

We’re counting down the days until Debby Ryan‘s 16 Wishes premieres on Disney Channel — 22 days!
The 17-year-old actress shared exclusively with JJJ at her Radio Disney takeover that her real big brother Chase is actually in the movie!
Debby shared, “My brother [Chase] called ‘Saying Goodbye’ that was on his first EP that actually made it into the movie. A little set secret, while you’re looking around Abby’s room in the movie, the director heard that Chase was a singer and he saw the videos of us.”
“So he suggested that we put pictures of Chase Ryan, the singer all around Abby’s room like she’s a fan of Chase Ryan. You have to look really carefully…his album cover is on the wall. It’s actually in the trailer too.”
Debby also shared the release date of the soundtrack with us — June 22nd at Borders! Be sure to pick a copy up!

Debby Ryan‘s hair bounces up and down as she and a gal pal as they film scenes for the upcoming Sixteen Wishes in Vancouver earlier last month.
The 16-year-old actress is set to play Abby in the Marvista and Disney Channel production, which will premiere later this year. The flick also stars Jean-Luc Bilodeau and is directed by Peter DeLuise (he’s Wizards‘ David DeLuise‘s big brother!)
The comedy follows Abby Jensen (Ryan) who has been planning for her 16th birthday ever since she was a little girl Âand she can’t wait to grow up. When the big day actually arrives, she excitedly adds her 16th and final wish to the Wish List secretly taped to her closet door. But disaster strikes and Abby’s about to have the worst birthday ever when she receives a box of Sweet Sixteen Birthday Candles, each of which corresponds to a wish on her list! As her wishes come true, her day gets better and better until she makes a wish that changes everything and helps her finally understand that being a kid isn’t so bad.
