Vanessa Marano steps out at the launch party for the “Switched at Birth” book held at The Redbury Hotel in Hollywood on Thursday night (September 13).
The 19-year-old actress was joined by younger sister Laura at the event. Co-stars Katie Leclerc, Lucas Grabeel and Sean Berdy were also spotted.
Out in bookstores now, the “Switched at Birth” novel is a memoir where Kathryn reveals the surprising and intimate layers of her story-from the private details of the switched-at-birth revelation to all that occurs in its aftermath, including Regina and Daphne’s move into the Kennish household.
