Hunter Hayes turns up the volume on stage while performing on The Today Show in New York City on Friday morning (June 21).
The 21-year-old musician showed off his guitar skills with “I Want Crazy” and “Somebody’s Heartbreak”.

“This is an update. It’s not brand-new, but it’s just the rest of the story,” Hunter dished to MTV about his new album, Encore. “[It’s] the summary of everything and the closing of the chapter.”
