Bridgit Mendler keeps it colorful at the 2013 Teen Choice Awards held at the Gibson Amphitheatre on Sunday (August 11) in Los Angeles.
The 20-year-old actress, in Kelly Wearstler, hit the stage during the show to present an award with Tyler Posey.
