Miley Cyrus gets funky on the red carpet at the 2013 MTV Video Music Awards held at the Barclays Center on Sunday (August 25) in Brooklyn, N.Y.
The 20-year-old singer is up for four awards tonight for Best Song of Summer, Best Editing, Best Pop Video and Best Female Video for “We Can’t Stop”.
