Jessica Jarrell steps out for the premiere of Justin Bieber‘s brand new docu-film Believe held at Regal Cinemas L.A. Live on Wednesday night (December 18) in Los Angeles.
The 18-year-old singer wore a skin tight red dress for the big event and brought along her friend Sienna.
