Debby Ryan brings some much needed color to the red carpet for the premiere of That Awkward Moment held at Regal Cinemas L.A. Live on Friday night (January 27) in Los Angeles.

The 20-year-old actress wore a fun Osman dress with Rauwolf bag and Aperlai shoes for the event.
