Lucy Hale waves to the cameras while out and about on Friday afternoon (August 1) in Studio City, Calif.

The 25-year-old entertainer stopped by Urban Outfitters and Free People and ended up with two bags of new clothes and accessories.

That same day, Lucy took to Twitter to reveal where she thinks the hottest men in the world are from.

“I think it’s safe to say the UK makes the most beautiful men,” she tweeted.
