Colton Haynes suits up as Red Arsenal in this new still from the season premiere of Arrow.
In “The Calm”, a new villain, Vertigo (Peter Stormare), emerging, just as Oliver (Stephen Amell) tries to balance his life and ask out Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards).
Meanwhile, Diggle (David Ramsey) becomes a father; Lance (Paul Blackthorne) is promoted to captain; Laurel (Katie Cassidy) joins Arrow’s inner circle; and Felicity gets a part-time job at a tech store to make ends meet.
