Miley Cyrus goes topless with just pasties to cover herself while shocking us with her outfit at Jeffrey Deitch, Tommy Hilfiger, and V Magazine’s Art Basel Opening Night Party on Wednesday (December 3) in Miami Beach, Fla.

The 22-year-old singer was the featured performer at the event held at the Raleigh Hotel and wore disco ball nipple pasties along with her silver wig and outfit.

Earlier in the day, Miley wore a shirt featuring the outlines of breasts while doing her sound check for the performance.
