The day before, the 21-year-old singer was seen wearing a fedora while picking up some gear at Nike Town and visiting Dr. Daniel Amen at Amen Clinic in Costa Mesa.

It was recently reported that Justin is being sued by his former neighbor Jeff Schwartz, who had his house was egged by Justin. Jeff is claiming that he and his wife suffered emotional distress after he was called a “little Jew boy” by Justin‘s bodyguard, according to TMZ.
