Ariana Grande Splits from Big Sean After Dating for 8 Months

Here’s some surprising news to start your week – Ariana Grande and her boyfriend of eight months, Big Sean, have called it quits, her rep confirms to JustJared.com.

The couple’s reps released a joint statement to confirm the news to fans. Ariana and Sean reportedly ended their relationship amicably a few weeks ago.

“They both deeply care for each other and remain close friends,” the reps said. “We kindly ask that the media respect their wish for privacy regarding this personal matter at this time.”

“They made the decision to part ways because their conflicting touring schedules would keep them apart over the next year,” a source told Us Weekly.

The couple confirmed they were a couple back in October 2014 and made their first red carpet appearance together at the Grammys this year. See photos from that moment in the gallery below.
