Candice Accola catches our eyes in a summery blue and white dress at the 55th Anniversary Party during the 2015 Monte Carlo TV Festival held at the Monte Carlo Beach on Tuesday afternoon (June 16) in Monte-Carlo, Monaco.
The 28-year-old Vampire Diaries actress joined her co-star Kat Graham at the big event, which celebrated the long running festival with Prince Albert in attendance.

The next day, Kat and Candice were both spotted heading to other events during the festival in even more stunning outfits.
FYI: Kat wore an Amato dress, Sophia Webster heels, and a Koturclutch and Candice dolled up in Alice and Olivia for the party. The next day, Kat wore a Gustavo Cadile ensemble with Vince Camuto shoes.
