Ellington Ratliff's Dad George Guest Stars on 'Jessie' Tonight!

In tonight’s episode “Someone Has Tou-Pay”, Bertram bought a new toupee for his band’s big performance, but when it goes missing, Jessie (Debby Ryan) interrogates each of the kids in hopes of finding it.
