OlderCalvin Harris Defends Taylor Swift After Zayn Malik Retweets Meme with Miley Cyrus
It looks like there’s a little beef between Calvin Harris and Zayn Malik today!
The 31-year-old music producer got into it with Zayn after the former One Direction singer retweeted a meme that highlighted Taylor Swift in a negative way.
The meme shared a quote from Taylor talking about music streaming and how she places a monetary value to her music, which is why she won’t let Spotify stream her songs.
The meme also included a quote form Miley Cyrus that said, “I’ve made my money. If no one buys my album, cool. It’s fine. I’ve got a house, and I’ve got dogs that I love. I don’t need anything else.”
After Zayn retweeted the meme, Calvin responded to him saying, “You’ve made your money? Cool… f–k the 99% of musicians who depend on these services to survive right? Yeah f–k em.”
