Justin Bieber takes the stage at the Today show to perform all of his hits on Thursday (September 10) in New York City.
The 21-year-old entertainer also debuted his new platinum blonde locks on the show!
Justin performed “What Do You Mean?,” “Where Are U Now,” “Boyfriend,” and was set to do “Baby,” and “As Long As You Love Me.” There was a packed crowd, even though it was pouring!
