Brec Bassinger Talks About Living With Type 1 Diabetes with 'BYOU'

Brec Bassinger gives us major winter vibes on the Holiday 2015 cover of BYOU magazine.

The 16-year-old Bella and the Bulldogs starlet opens up in the glossy about the show, living with Type 1 diabetes and the importance of gratitude.

“I’ve always felt if you dwell on your struggles then you’ll start to get more of them because that is what you think on and that’s what you see. If you focus on the positive, then you’ll start noticing all the things you do have, and therefore that will bring on more amazing things,” Brec shared.

She adds, “You should be grateful for what you do have because there are people out there who don’t have what you have, so it’s so important to be grateful for every little thing because you never know when it is going to be taken away. My mom always taught me to be positive.”
