Alex Wolff & Stefania Owen Honored At Coronado Island Film Festival 2016

Alex Wolff and Stefania Owen step out for the 2016 Coronado Island Film Festival Rising Star Awards held at Hotel Del Coronado on Saturday night (January 16) in Coronado, Calif.

The two young actors picked up the Rising Star Awards for their roles in Coming Through The Rye. Alex even showed off the trophies on Instagram.

Coming Through The Rye is set in 1969, and Jamie Schwartz (Wolff), who is obsessed with Holden Caulfield, runs away from boarding school to find reclusive author JD Salinger.

Inspired by actual events, Jamie’s search for Salinger becomes a journey into sexual awakening, love and loss.
