Lucy Hale keeps warm with a chic coat while out in New York City over the weekend.
The 26-year-old Pretty Little Liars actress headed straight from her appearance on The Tonight Show to the airport, for a flight to Toronto for her second appearance promoting the Blowpro hair product line.
