The 30-year-old Dancing with the Stars pro recently admitted who he’d love to be partnered with for the reality show…Gina Rodriguez!

Well, Derek just posted a video of him and Gina doing the salsa together!

Sadly, Derek has announced that he won’t be back on DWTS this season. He is taking a break, his first since joining back in season 5.
