Maddie Ziegler opens up about joining the judging panel on the new season of So You Think You Can Dance.
The 13-year-old dancer and actress will be on the panel alongside Paula Abdul, Jason Derulo and Nigel Lythgoe.
“The #SYTYCD countdown is on! Don’t forget to tune in to the premiere on @danceonfox this Monday night (8/7c). I’m so excited and honored to be a judge this season!” Maddie wrote on Instagram with the short vid.
This season, at the end of the round, the Top 10 dancers will be partnered permanently with a SYTYCD All-Star (like Jenna Johnson). The competition then moves on to the SYTYCD studio, where the top youngsters will compete each week in a variety of styles, working and performing alongside their All-Stars with world-renowned choreographers.
