Justin Bieber didn’t actually reactivate his Instagram account, he just confirmed on his Twitter account.
The 22-year-old entertainer deleted his account earlier this month after some mean comments popped up about rumored girlfriend Sofia Richie, coupled with his online feud with ex Selena Gomez.

“Still no Instagram it was an accident,” Justin wrote on his Twitter account to confirm the news.
