Hailey Baldwin bares some shoulder as she finishes up dinner at Catch LA on Thursday (November 4) in West Hollywood, Calif.
The 19-year-old model enjoyed a meal at the same restaurant the previous night while attending Kendall Jenner‘s 21st birthday get-together. The BFFs then partied at Delilah for Kendall‘s star-studded 1920s-themed bash.

Hailey recently took to Twitter to share a screenshot of a text convo she had with her friend Justine Skye, noting that the messages made it sound like they were married!
